What is Team Activity?
The Team Activity report provides a ranked list of the most active teams, either by Segment (teams where at least one member is from the Segment), or across the whole enterprise. It measures the activity and relative participation of team members by their home department. It will identify those departments that are most engaged in the ‘Teams’ operating model. It can provide a quick indication of where individual Segments are at, with respect to General McChrystal’s ‘Team of Teams’ journey.
How to use Team Activity
The list will show the top 10 most active teams along with their team size and spread of participation.
If your organisation is looking to create an active team-centred work environment, then this report can provide a list of the leading teams for others to benchmark themselves.
