What is Segment Activity?
For many organisations, the introduction of digital teaming is used both to enhance the productivity of the formal lines of business as well as facilitating cross-organisation project initiatives. A Segment can be a formal business unit, a location or any other attribute that is contained in the directory information provided to SWOOP. It is provided only at the Enterprise level.
How to use Segment Activity
The chart shows the teams activity for each identified Segment, the activity trend, the users and %active users. It provides a quick overview of how each Segment is participating in the digital teaming initiative.
