Product Updates July 2023

In addition to performance, platform upgrades and bug fixes, we've made some great updates to our product range that are in production as of 31 July 2023.

Tidy up of SWOOP for SharePoint Admin options	SharePoint	We've tidied up the options for adding users as SWOOP admins so you can give admin control to the right people	Jul-23
Export People list in SWOOP for SharePoint admin	SharePoint	We've added the ability to download a list of all the people with accounts that can access your intranet in the SWOOP for SharePoint admin centre.	Jul-23
Customise reports being displayed in SWOOP for SharePoint	SharePoint	We've added the function to be able to customise which reports display in each tab of the dashboards within SWOOP for SharePoint. This means users can decide which reports from all those available will be displayed	Jul-23
Cosmetic update to drop-downs in SWOOP for M365	M365	We corrected a small cosmetic error in SWOOP for M365 for segment drop-downs where they used to show a large gap at the top of the list. This is now fixed.	Jul-23
Export full pages list in SWOOP for SharePoint	SharePoint	We've added the option for SWOOP for SharePoint admins to export a full list of pages with the associated visits and health scores. You can access this through the admin menu under the data export options	Jul-23
Alignment of handling date ranges	Teams Yammer M365 Workplace SharePoint	We've updated the way we handle date ranges so these are dealt with consistently	Jul-23
