Miner (on premise only) Troubleshooting
If your onsite miner is not working, please perform the following checks:
| Action | Problem | Action |
| Login to the miner as a verified administrator | Can't open login page. | Check machine/virtual machine is running without operations team. |
| Error occurs when clicking on the login button. | Alert SWOOP support (https://support.swoopanalytics.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and ask operations team to send contents of log. | |
| Check miner user is set | The page should say 'Data miner enabled' under 'Data Mining Account'. If not, action is required. | Click 'Set Miner User to Current User'. |
| Still no resolution | Miner is broken for a unknown reason. | Click on 'Show activity log' at the bottom of the miner script and send the last 1000 links here https://support.swoopanalytics.com/hc/en-us/requests/new |
