What is the Keyword Cloud
The Keyword Cloud in SWOOP for Viva Engage represents the frequency of keywords extracted from the message content posted in public communities. You can hover over a keyword to see how often it has occurred.
How to use the Keyword Cloud report
The Keyword Cloud provides a simple overview of the topics that seem to be resonating the most with employees. In some cases, the keywords may appear to be quite generic, but you will also surface keywords that may be associated with a particular project, initiative or person.
When you click on a keyword in the cloud, you will be taken directly to the Topics dashboard for more in-depth analysis beyond the number of occurrences in public communities.
Keyword analysis and the Keyword Cloud may also provide a broader view of interaction with a particular topic, eg. when employees forget to use a hashtag or Viva Engage Topic but will use a relevant. You can learn how the NRMA uses SWOOP Analytics' keyword analysis in this Microsoft customer story.
